A Little About Kinetic Mental Health

Located in Danville, with telehealth across California and a second office opening in Glendale in Fall 2026, we’re a group practice serving children, teens, adults, couples, and families from a wide range of backgrounds. Our practice continues to grow, and we’re excited to welcome clinicians who want to grow with us.

At Kinetic Mental Health, we take pride in a collaborative, whole-person approach to therapy. We work alongside our clients, their families, and their other providers to understand what’s actually driving the problem, because mental health doesn’t happen in isolation from the rest of someone’s life.

Our clinical strengths include anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and neurodiversity, alongside perimenopause and menopause support, men’s and women’s health, couples work, and co-parenting.

We’re committed to supporting one another and to building a warm, collaborative environment, one where you’re genuinely known by the people you work with and supported in the work you came here to do.

What Makes Kinetic Different

Kinetic means movement. That’s the undercurrent of everything we do, with our clients and with each other. We’re committed to collaborative, whole-person care that helps people understand what’s actually driving the problem, and we’re just as committed to building a place where clinicians can do their best work, keep growing, and feel genuinely supported while they do it.

We built this practice around the idea that how we treat each other shows up in how we treat clients. So here is what that looks like in practice.

We’re a close-knit, growing practice, and people here genuinely like working together. You’ll find colleagues to consult with, learn from, and grow alongside. Consultation is on the calendar, not squeezed around it, and when something is hard, there are people down the hall who want to talk it through with you.

We invest in professional development because it shows up directly in the care our clients receive. That means structured individual supervision from a BBS-qualified supervisor, group consultation for peer learning, an annual professional development stipend, and sponsored training and CE opportunities. You’ll work alongside clinicians trained across CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, the Gottman Method, play therapy, sand tray, and trauma-informed approaches.

Scheduling, billing, and insurance credentialing are handled for you. You’re not chasing claims, verifying benefits, or building your own intake pipeline. Referrals come to you, and most of our clinicians reach full caseload within three to six months.

Our Danville office is a well-equipped, peaceful space set up for both in-person and telehealth work, a few blocks from downtown on Hartz Avenue. A second office opens in Glendale in Fall 2026, designed the same way. We think about these spaces carefully, because you will spend a lot of hours in them.

At Kinetic Mental Health, caring for our clients is one half of our mission. The other is building a practice where you can do meaningful work, keep growing, and feel supported through all of it. If you’re warm, collaborative, and serious about excellent care, we’d love to meet you.
