We are happy to accept Kaiser,  Aetna, United Health Care (Optum affiliate), Cigna, Anthem Blue Cross of CA, Blue Shield of CA (not managed by Magellan), Oxford, and Oscar Health. Please allow us 48 hours prior to your appointment to confirm benefits for your convenience.

For our out-of-network clients, we have partnered with Mentaya to help my clients save money on therapy. Click below to see if you qualify for reimbursement for our services.

We have a 48 hour cancellation notification policy. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice and no show appointments are subject to full session charge. If a session is rescheduled for the same week that fee may be waived. Sessions can be cancelled directly in your Jane portal or by contacting your therapist directly.

We believe that the body and the mind and emotions are not separate but work together to create the whole human experience. We work with your support system and medical professionals to best identify the root cause and treatment for your pain (requires client release prior to consultations with other individuals/professionals).

We offer both in-person and virtual appointments. To adhere to State regulations, you must be in CA at the time of session for virtual appointments.
Yes! We offer therapy for children ages 6 and up.
