ADHD & Executive Function Coach (Certified, Non-Clinical)
- 1099 Independent Contractor
- Danville, CA, with Glendale opening Fall 2026
- Hybrid
- A note on scope: this is a coaching role, not a clinical one. You won't provide psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment. You'll work alongside our clinical team, coordinating care while staying clearly in a coaching lane.
We’re looking for someone warm and patient who likes helping people build systems that fit how their brain actually works instead of how a textbook says it should, and who can move between a nine-year-old and a forty-year-old and adjust accordingly.
Who You Are
- Warm, patient, and energized by helping neurodivergent clients and families build systems that work
- Comfortable across a wide age range, from young children to adults, and able to shift approach accordingly
- Clear about scope, confident staying in a coaching role and coordinating with clinical providers rather than overstepping
Training & Education
- Required: active ADHD or executive function coaching certification, such as ADHD-CCSP, ACCG, PAAC, or equivalent
Key Skills
- Strong rapport-building with neurodivergent children, teens, adults, and caregivers
- Practical skill-building around planning, time management, task initiation, and organization
- Clear documentation habits
- Collaborative communication with therapists and psychiatric providers
Position Requirements
- Demonstrated experience coaching ADHD, autistic, or AuDHD clients across children, teens, and adults
- Preferred: experience coaching caregivers and parents
- Operate as a legally recognized independent contractor
Populations You’ll Be Working With
Neurodivergent children, teens, adults, and their caregivers, including ADHD, autistic, and AuDHD clients.
What You'll Gain
- A built-in referral pipeline and coordination with a full clinical team
- The flexibility of contractor status with the structure and support of an established practice
- A practice built specifically around neurodiversity-affirming care, where you will not be explaining your work to anyone
