Child Therapy & Neurodivergent Support

When feelings get too big, kids often express overwhelm through sudden outbursts, tears, or total shutdown. Navigating ADHD, executive functioning hurdles, or social and sensory processing differences can leave young ones feeling misunderstood at home and school. In pediatric therapy, I help children learn emotional regulation and name their feelings so overwhelming moments turn into clear communication. Together, we create predictable routines that ease daily friction, building your child’s self-confidence so they feel securely seen for who they are.

Teen Counseling & Anxiety Therapy

The pressure to fit in, perform academically, and navigate complex social dynamics can make adolescence exhausting. School refusal, exam freeze, social anxiety, and bullying often leave teenagers feeling isolated and stuck. I partner with teens in adolescent therapy to untangle heavy pressure and provide practical strategies to overcome avoidance and self-doubt. Together, we build authentic self-assurance so they can step back into friendships, academics, and favorite activities with ease.

Adult Therapy, Grief Counseling & Parent Coaching

Carrying the weight of chronic illness, navigating grief, or balancing the demands of neurodiverse parenting can make life feel impossibly heavy. It is easy to slide into numbness, burnout, or constant worry when facing life-altering diagnoses or supporting a child with complex needs. My goal in adult therapy is to provide a compassionate space where grief and fear are safely processed. Together, we develop effective coping strategies and boundary-setting tools to restore calm, balance, and agency to your everyday life.

Marriage Counseling & Couples Therapy

Repeated arguments and miscommunication leave partners feeling lonely and emotionally distant. Major life transitions and chronic stress often erode the warmth and trust that once came naturally. In couples counseling, I guide partners out of defensive conflict loops and into honest, supportive conversations. By focusing on emotional safety and active listening, we rebuild your relationship so you can navigate life’s challenges as a unified team.

Outside of Therapy

I love starting each day with my favorite cup of coffee. I recharge by hiking outdoors if the weather allows. I’m drawn to classic films, black-and-white photography, and checking out historical landmarks. I try to look at life through different perspectives.
