Many of us reach a point where we feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of who we are. You may be struggling with anxiety, navigating a major life transition, grieving the loss of someone important, or feeling disconnected in your relationships. You may also be exploring questions of identity and belonging, including the complex emotions that can come with adoption, birth family search, or reunion. Whatever brings you to therapy, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

As a therapist at Kinetic Mental Health in Danville, CA, I work with children, adolescents, and adults to better understand the challenges they are facing, build on their strengths, and develop practical tools for lasting change. I provide a supportive, collaborative space where you can feel heard and understood while gaining greater confidence in navigating life’s challenges.

I also offer specialized therapy for adoption-related concerns, helping individuals explore questions of identity, belonging, and the nuanced emotions that can arise around birth family search and reunion. Whether you’re working through grief, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, or a significant life transition, we’ll work together to deepen your self-understanding and strengthen your relationships.

Prior to becoming a clinician, I spent over two decades creating museum exhibitions, a career rooted in helping people discover, learn, and grow. Today, I bring that same curiosity and dedication to helping clients transform difficult moments into opportunities for personal growth and meaningful change.

Whether you’re seeking child or adolescent counseling or adult individual therapy, my goal is to help you build resilience, develop practical tools, and create a life that feels more meaningful and fulfilling.

Outside of Therapy

When I’m not in the therapy room supporting clients at Kinetic Mental Health, you’ll usually find me playing tennis, spending time with my rescue beagles, or exploring new museum exhibits. I love staying creative—whether that’s through art, working in my garden, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. Fun Fact: Before practicing as a therapist, I spent over 20 years creating museum exhibitions. Transitioning into mental health counseling was a natural next step: helping people discover, learn, and grow has been the common thread throughout my entire career.
