Our Approach

How Does The Group Therapy Program Work?

Each session is tailored to address real-time concerns and provide practical tools to promote well-being and strengthen family relationships.

Our 6-week group counseling program for parents of high school seniors meets once a week for 90-minute sessions. Together, we work to develop community and gain personal insight using CBT and Psycho-Education to reduce isolation, normalize emotions and experiences, and establish clear tools to make this phase of life more enjoyable and less stressful.

Our experienced therapists offer valuable insight and lived experiences from both parent and student perspectives on navigating the high school senior year in a post-COVID world.

Each session is thoughtfully designed to address your immediate concerns and provide you with practical tools that help you feel more prepared and strengthen your family relationships. We tailor our discussions and activities to the real-time challenges you and your teen are facing, ensuring that you leave each session feeling more equipped to handle the week ahead.
