Do you find yourself feeling stuck in unfulfilling relationships, overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, or unsure how to move forward in life? Many clients come to me feeling exhausted by constant conflict with their child, difficulty focusing, emotional overwhelm, or uncertainty when making important life decisions.

I work with children ages 12 and up, young adults, adults, couples, and families who are seeking support with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My goal is to help clients build clarity, strengthen relationships, and develop a more grounded sense of self.

Using an integrative and client centered approach, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to support practical coping skills, emotional regulation, and healthier thought patterns. When working with children, I also incorporate art based and creative techniques to help them express themselves in ways that feel natural and safe.

I believe clients are the experts of their own lives. My role is to guide, support, and collaborate with you as we explore patterns, build insight, and develop tools that can be used in everyday life. I look forward to working with you, your child, teen, partner, or family.

Outside of Therapy

Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time in nature, trying new restaurants, and reading a good book to wind down after a long day.
