You may feel like you are the one everyone relies on, but lately it feels like you are barely keeping up yourself. Your mind does not slow down. You replay conversations, second guess decisions, worry about the future, and feel overwhelmed by responsibilities that never seem to end.
Maybe you are a parent trying to understand your child’s emotions or behaviors, unsure how to best support them. Perhaps your teen feels anxious, disconnected, or withdrawn and you are struggling to reach them. Or maybe you and your partner keep getting stuck in the same arguments, feeling unheard, frustrated, and disconnected.
No matter how hard you try, carrying the weight of anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, or family conflict can feel exhausting and isolating.
I help children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families understand the patterns that keep them feeling stuck. I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can safely explore emotions, improve communication, and build practical tools for everyday challenges.
Together, we work to uncover what is underneath anxiety, conflict, or overwhelm while developing healthier coping strategies, stronger relationships, and a clearer sense of self.
My goal is to help you feel more balanced, connected, and empowered in your daily life. Whether that means reducing anxiety, improving family relationships, strengthening your partnership, or supporting your child’s emotional well-being, therapy can create space for meaningful and lasting change.
I aim to help clients move from simply managing life to feeling more present, confident, and engaged in their relationships and experiences.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and graduate of Holy Names University with a dual Master’s degree in Forensic and Counseling Psychology. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship difficulties, life transitions, family conflict, and emotional regulation challenges.
Throughout my career, I have collaborated with families, schools, and interdisciplinary professionals to create strong support systems that promote growth and long-term progress. My therapeutic style is warm, authentic, and evidence based, and I tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs and goals.
I am committed to helping clients gain insight, build resilience, and develop meaningful tools that support lasting emotional well-being.

Outside of Therapy
Outside of therapy, you’ll often find me spending time with family, working on LEGO builds, or planning my next Disneyland visit. I enjoy hobbies that encourage creativity, imagination, and a little bit of fun along the way.
I believe lasting change comes from connection, curiosity, and being willing to take one step at a time. My goal is to bring that same mindset into therapy, creating a supportive space where clients can grow, heal, and build confidence in themselves.
